We work with organisations for whom a single conversation, a hosted evening, or a considered journey carries real commercial weight — and for whom the standard of that experience must match the moment.
GD is a practice, not an events company. We design the environments in which the right people can think clearly, speak honestly, and arrive at decisions they can hold. The work is private by nature. Grace leads every engagement personally.
The setting changes constantly — a boardroom, a gala, a gifting campaign, a journey across three countries. The thinking does not.
Most event companies are engaged to manage logistics — to book, to coordinate, and to make sure the night runs on time. We are engaged earlier than that, because the decisions that determine whether an experience works are made long before anyone walks through a door.
Experience Strategy is the layer clients commission on its own. It is where the objective is translated into an environment, a sequence, and a set of decisions that can be handed to anyone and still hold. The thinking is the deliverable, and it is written to be owned, used, and used again.
Where an agency writes the strategy and hands it to a supplier, we write it and deliver it. That is the difference, and it is the reason a room behaves the way the strategy said it would.
We are not organised by sector. The work has been commissioned by listed companies and family businesses, developers and builders, professional firms, not-for-profit organisations, and private clients, and what changes between them is the setting rather than the thinking.
The state guests arrive in is the state everything that follows will land in. We design across six senses, mapped against the arc of the experience — hour by hour, room by room, written as a plan a supplier can execute.
Volume set so conversation is easy rather than shouted — the single biggest driver of whether a room reads as warm or hostile. Silence used deliberately, particularly in the seconds after something lands.
Warm and low at arrival so people soften and stay. Lifted through the meal to hold energy. Narrowed to a single point when the room needs to look the same way at the same time.
The menu paced to the program rather than to the kitchen. What people eat and drink, and when, shapes how the room behaves by the time the moment that matters arrives.
What guests touch — linen, the weight of a glass, the chair beneath them — signals value long before the menu does, and it does so without anyone noticing.
How the room moves from arrival to agency, and whether people feel included enough to speak to the stranger beside them. Connection turns a table of individuals into a room.
When people stand, when they sit, how long they wait, how quickly the room turns. Pace controls energy, and energy is what every important moment spends.
The strategy is delivered through four expressions. Corporate work is the heart of what we do. Alongside it sit hosted environments and gifting, curated journeys, and strategic experience programs.

We do not respond to briefs in writing before we have spoken. The conversation establishes whether the work is a fit — on both sides.
Where there is fit, we move into a private scoping process. We learn the moment in detail. We then propose an engagement framework that holds the design, the delivery, and the commercial structure in one document. Pricing is scoped privately, agreed privately, and never published.
Grace leads every engagement personally, supported by a trusted team and a network of partners selected for each program.
Discretion is part of the standard, not a marketing position.
Grace's work sits at the intersection of marketing, sales psychology, hospitality, and creative design. With a Bachelor of Business in Marketing, a Diploma in Event Management and Design, and continued professional development in neuromarketing and sales psychology, she connects strategy, human behaviour, and creativity.

Great experiences don't happen by accident.
They are strategically designed.
Every engagement begins the same way. Not with a proposal, not with a document — with a conversation. Held privately, held without obligation.
